Scope: This standard specifies the classification and model, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, warnings and instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of bottled liquefied petroleum gas pressure regulators (hereinafter referred to as pressure regulators).

Pressure range: Inlet pressure 0.03-1.56MPa, household rated outlet pressure 2.80kPa
Environmental adaptability: Working temperature -20℃~+45℃
Safety classification: Three types of safety devices: overpressure cut-off (C), low pressure cut-off (D), and overcurrent cut-off (L)

Technical requirements for safety devices

Overpressure cut-off device

The error between the measured cut-off pressure and the set value must be <±15%. Typical case: when the set value is 5kPa, the actual cut-off range should be 4.25-5.75kPa.

Material verification requirements

Key materials must pass a 72-hour corrosion resistance test:

The mass change rate of rubber parts in n-pentane is ≤±20%
Plastic parts must not be deformed or cracked in n-hexane

Implementation suggestions

Selection guide: For commercial scenarios, the SYT series must be selected and marked as "Forbidden for home use"
Installation specifications: Quick-release connectors must pass 5,000 plug-in and pull-out tests
Maintenance cycle: It is recommended to replace them within 8 years from the manufacturing date
