Scope

This standard stipulates the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and product marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of meat paste. This standard applies to lean meat of meat (such as pigs, cattle) or poultry (such as chicken), plus appropriate amount of skimmed milk powder, grain flour, processed into meat paste suitable for infants and young children within 5 months.
