Scope
This document describes the performance evaluation method for animal identification radio frequency identification tags in accordance with GB/T20563 and GB/T22334. The test procedures specified in this document apply to RFID tags used in animal farming.
Introduction

Background and evolution of technical specifications

In response to the traceability needs of the livestock industry, my country has built a complete standard system in the field of animal individual identification technology. GB/T20563 and GB/T22334 respectively stipulate the code structure and technical standards. This round of revision is connected to the ISO246313:2017 international standard, and the following key points are optimized:

  • Integrate domestic industry application characteristics and adjust the structure field order logic
  • Strengthen the reverse reading parameter verification mechanism
  • Supplement multi-form tag compatibility test items

Core verification indicator decoding

RFID tag modulation amplitude

Data dimension: The characteristics of the two types of sensors are significantly different (FDX-B refers to modulation depth, HDX is based on voltage signal amplitude)

Test mode Acquisition signal source Data calibration method Pass value range
FDX-BDetection System Three-axis Helmholtz Compensation Network CN Potentiometer Zero Point Compensation ±5% Deviation Tolerance
HDX-HSCConfiguration High Frequency Matching Induction Loop CMRR Noise Ratio Suppression 134.2k Hz±2‰

Full Process Test Operation Specifications

Stable Voltage Magnetic Field Environment Construction Steps

  1. HTA coil adjusted to 70mm axis spacing
  2. MQ impedance matching network low frequency tuning
  3. Current source oscillation amplitude level differential calibration

Sample traceability control point

According to the requirements of Appendix A test application form, the nameplate information of the submitted sample must include:

  • PAC registered product serial number
  • Broadcast protocol version information (width≥8bit)
  • Environmental resistance parameters of triple packaging

Implementation performance optimization suggestions

Transmitter optimization solution

Apply ISC reverse topology architecture to effectively reduce the coupling loss of the device under test (TUT):

  • Surge current suppression response reduced to 0.23μV
  • HDX-RMS coefficient increased by 118%
  • Q factor tolerance optimized to ±4.75Ω
