Grain and oil machinery―Low power consumption rice whitener (English Version)
GB/T 36864—2018 "Low Energy Rice Milling Machine for Grain and Oil Machinery" was issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration of China, and mainly regulates the terminology, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of low energy rice milling machines.
The core technological innovation of low energy rice milling machine lies in its significant reduction of electricity consumption per ton of rice. By optimizing the pressure and friction in the whitening chamber, energy loss is reduced, while maintaining the processing accuracy in line with the standards of grade 1, grade 2 and grade 3 rice in GB 1354.
Standard dimensions | Ordinary rice mill | Low energy rice mill |
---|---|---|
Electricity consumption per ton of rice | - | 12-19 kW·h/t (depending on raw materials and processing accuracy) |
Mechanical properties | GB/T 25231, GB/T 26897, GB/T 35322 | Meet the above standards and optimize energy consumption |
Process performance | - | Achieve more efficient brown rice processing |
Implementation background: Due to the problem of high energy consumption of traditional rice mills, a grain processing plant introduced a low-energy rice mill that complies with GB/T 36864-2018. By optimizing the design of the whitening room and improving processing efficiency, the factory reduced the power consumption per ton of rice from 25 kW·h/t to 14 kW·h/t.
Technical improvement: The use of new sand roller materials and intelligent control systems significantly reduced energy waste and improved the consistency of processing accuracy.
