Key tips for installation and maintenance

Precautions for hydraulic test:

  • Test pressure = 1.3 times the design pressure
  • Austenitic stainless steel equipment chloride ion ≤ 25mg/L
  • Pressure holding time ≥ 30 minutes

Chemical cleaning specifications:

  • Chloride ion concentration ≤ 300mg/L
  • Wire brush is prohibited for cleaning plates
  • Re-pressure test is required after cleaning
