Safety technical requirements for mining cables (English Version)
GB 43069-2023, as a mandatory national standard in the field of mining cables, has systematically constructed a four-dimensional technical indicator system covering electrical safety, mechanical protection, flame retardant properties and environmental safety for the first time. The standard applies to 8 types of cable products, including rubber sheathed flexible cables and power cables used in underground coal mines and metal/non-metal mines.
Performance category | Power cable | Rubber sheathed flexible cable | Test method |
---|---|---|---|
Conductor resistance | ≤GB/T 3956 solid conductor value | ≤GB/T 3956 soft conductor value | GB/T 3048.4 |
Insulation resistance (MΩ·km) | ≥36.7 at 20℃ | See classification requirements in Table 1 of the standard | GB/T 3048.5 |
Impulse voltage (kV) | 10kV level 60kV peak | 6kV level 60kV peak | GB/T 3048.13 |
Bundle burning | Class A (≥50mm²) | Class B (<50mm²) | GB/T 18380.33-35 |
The standard specifies for the first time that coal mining machine cables must pass 9000 bending tests (bending radius 150-350mm), and adds:
Triple restrictions on halogen-free cables:
Enterprises should focus on:
