Introduction

Interpretation of GB/T 42983.3—2023 National Standard of the People's Republic of China

1. Standard Overview

This standard specifies the health assessment process, system and method of industrial robots, aiming to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of industrial robots through scientific health assessment.

2. Health Assessment Process

  1. Define health level:Divided into three levels: intact (80-100 points), degraded (60-80 points) and faulty (0-60 points).
  2. Build an indicator system:Comprehensively consider the health status of key components such as controllers, drives, servo motors and reducers.
  3. Determine the baseline:Test according to actual working conditions and set the benchmarks for various parameters during normal operation.
  4. Evaluation and display:Based on the measured data, calculate the health score and display the results with radar charts or indicator lights.

3. Health Assessment System

LevelHealth StatusHealth ScoreStatus Description
1Intact[80, 100]Good performance, stable operation
2Degraded[60, 80]Status decline, hidden dangers
3Fault[0, 60)Serious problem, need to shut down for maintenance

4. Implementation suggestions

Case analysis: Practical application of health indicators

In a certain automobile manufacturing plant, by implementing the health assessment process of this standard, it was found that the vibration index of the reducer exceeded the baseline range. After timely maintenance, the failure rate was reduced by 15%.

5. Technology evolution analysis

The development of industrial robot health assessment from early experience judgment to the current quantitative assessment system reflects the advancement of technology and the refinement of management. In the future, more intelligent algorithms may be introduced to improve the accuracy and real-time performance of the assessment.
