Scope
This document stipulates the general principles and technical requirements for the comprehensive utilization of coal mine pre-drainage. This document is applicable to the comprehensive utilization of coal mine pre-drainage in the design and production stages, and other mines can refer to it for implementation.
Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

With the rapid development of my country's coal industry, the comprehensive utilization of coal mine pre-drainage has become an important technical means to ensure mine safety and improve the efficiency of water resource utilization. The formulation of this standard aims to standardize the treatment and utilization process of coal mine pre-drainage, ensure that it meets relevant water quality requirements, and provide scientific technical guidance for coal mining enterprises.

2. Comparative analysis of standard frameworks

Standard dimensions GB/T 42867-2023 Comparison standards Technical advantages
Scope of application Comprehensive utilization of pre-drainage in coal mines Other mines may refer to it for implementation Highly targeted, suitable for the special environment of coal mines
Water quality requirements Comply with GB 5749, GB/T 11446.1 and other standards High flexibility Ensure water safety and strict technical requirements
Process flow Includes multiple utilization methods such as drinking water and electronic grade water Mainly single treatment mode Diversified utilization to enhance resource value

3. Practical application case analysis

Take a coal mining enterprise as an example. In the pre-drainage treatment, filtration, reverse osmosis and other processes are used, and the pre-drainage is successfully used in the industrial circulating cooling water system. This case not only reduces the water resource cost of the enterprise, but also significantly improves the ecological environment of the mining area.

4. Technical implementation suggestions

  • It is recommended that enterprises select appropriate pre-drainage treatment processes according to their own needs, giving priority to the process recommended in Appendix B.
  • In actual operation, water quality indicators (such as turbidity, pH value, etc.) should be monitored regularly to ensure that they meet the requirements of relevant standards.
  • Strengthen technical training to improve practitioners’ knowledge and operational capabilities of pre-drainage comprehensive utilization technology.
