Scope: It specifies the classification, raw material requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of kitchen paper towels. It is suitable for paper towels used for wiping and cleaning in the kitchen.

Analysis of key technical indicators

Dual-dimensional control of water absorption performance

The new standard adopts dual indicators of water absorption time (≤3s) and water absorption capacity (≥7g/g):

Test method: Use the support device method specified in Appendix A to simulate the actual use scenario
The requirements for superior products are 40% higher than those for qualified products
The requirements for other fiber paper towels are relaxed to reflect the differences in materials

Raw material control: Establish a traceability system for natural color pulp (QB/T5742)
Process adjustment: Optimize the beating degree to meet the transverse tensile strength ≥200N/m
Detection capability: Equipped with class=instrument>UV spectrophotometer and other equipment to cope with the new chemical indicators
Packaging labeling: Improve product information labeling according to clause 9.1
