General test method for domestic gas burning appliances (English Version)
Contents of the 2008 version | Changes to the 2023 version | Technical impact |
---|---|---|
Definition of standard state | Deleted | Using the benchmark state (15℃) uniformly |
7 types of test gases | Added dimethyl ether/biogas | Covering new types of gas |
Single-point heat load test | Weighted calculation of NOx emissions | More accurate environmental assessment |
When using a wet gas flow meter, the following formula (1) should be used for correction:
Allowable deviation: The deviation between the measured reduced heat load and the rated value should be ≤±10%
Test type | Test pressure | Judgment standard |
---|---|---|
Internal leakage | 0.6kPa or 1.5 times of working pressure | ≤0.01mL/min |
External leakage | 15kPa | No bubble generation |
The weighting factors of the heating furnace at 70%/60%/40%/20% load are 0.15/0.25/0.30/0.30 respectively. The final emission value is calculated according to formula (C.6):
Test items | Severity level | Judgment criteria |
---|---|---|
Electrostatic discharge | Contact discharge 4kV | No false operation |
Voltage sag | 0.5 cycle interruption | Safely locked |
