Scope
It specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of heat pump water heaters for commercial or industrial use and similar purposes. It is applicable to heat pump water heaters that use air or water as heat source and adopt steam compression refrigeration cycle driven by electric motors to provide hot water (with a nominal heating capacity of 3~kW or more). Other similar water heaters can be used for reference.

1. Non-steady-state heating capacity test

New dynamic test requirements under defrost conditions, data collection interval ≤5s, must meet the following requirements

  • Temperature fluctuation: dry bulb ±1.0℃/wet bulb ±0.5℃
  • Voltage deviation: ±2.0%

2. Water mode energy efficiency test

  1. The new version of air tightness test sensitivity reaches 1×10-6 Pa·m3/s
  2. The hydraulic test pressure is 1.25 times the design pressure
