Scope
This document specifies the basic parameters, performance, safety, environmental adaptability and other technical requirements of cold chamber die casting machines (including horizontal cold chamber die casting machines and vertical cold chamber die casting machines), describes the corresponding test methods and inspection rules, and specifies the contents of marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, acceptance, packaging, transportation and storage of cold chamber die casting machines.

3. Interpretation of core technical requirements

The performance and technical parameters of cold chamber die casting machines are the core content of this standard. The following are the main technical requirements:

  • Clamping force range:From 6,300 kN to 60,000 kN, suitable for die casting production of different scales.
  • Injection performance:The maximum air injection speed and pressure build-up time are clearly specified according to different clamping force levels (Table 1, Table 2).
  • Safety requirements:Comply with GB/T 20905 and GB/T 20906, and add safety specifications for emergency stop devices and hydraulic accumulators.
  • Energy consumption level:Clear energy efficiency requirements for servo drives and three-phase asynchronous motors, and meet the minimum level 3 and 4 standards in GB/T39962-2021.

4. Implementation Suggestions

To ensure the effective implementation of the standard, the following measures are recommended:

  1. Enterprise level:Organize technical personnel to conduct standard training to ensure understanding and implementation.
  2. Production stage:Design and manufacture die-casting machines in strict accordance with the new standards, with particular attention to the improvement of energy efficiency and safety performance.
  3. Testing agency:Establish testing methods and equipment that meet the requirements of the standard to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
  4. User feedback:Collect users' questions and suggestions in actual use to promote further improvement of the standard.
