Introduction

In-depth analysis of the national standard GB/T 25419-2023 for fruit tree pruning machines

Standard background and technological evolution

GB/T 25419-2023 replaces the old version GB/T25419-2010, and mainly revises the technical requirements and safety specifications for fruit tree pruning machines. The new standard adds chapters on classification, model compilation and basic parameters, and optimizes the technical requirements for electric and pneumatic pruning machines to meet the development needs of modern agricultural machinery.

Classification and model compilation

Classification dimension Driving power form Power connection form Applicable height
Electric pruning machine DC motor drive Split or integral type Normal working height
Pneumatic pruning machine Compressed air drive Air pipe connection Normal working height

Technical requirements and performance indicators

Electric pruning machines shall comply with the parameters specified in Table 1, including the maximum cutting diameter, battery pack capacity and no-load opening and closing times. Taking the integrated pruning machine as an example, when the maximum cutting diameter is $32~\mathrm{mm}$, the battery pack capacity shall be ≥67.2 W·h, and the no-load cutting opening and closing times shall be ≥50 times/min.

Reliability and safety requirements

  • The mean time to first failure (MTTFF) of the electric pruning machine shall be ≥15,000 times.
  • Blade edge hardness requirements: moving blade ≥48HRC, fixed blade ≥45HRC.
  • The enclosure protection level shall not be lower than IP44.

Test methods and inspection rules

The standard specifies test methods for performance testing, reliability verification and safety assessment of pruning machines. For example, shearing tests are performed using copy paper as specified in GB/T1911 to ensure the stability and durability of the equipment under different environmental conditions.

Implementation suggestions

  1. Production process:Product design and manufacturing should be carried out in strict accordance with standard requirements, with a focus on controlling the quality of key components such as motors, blades and battery packs.
  2. Quality control:Establish a complete factory inspection system to ensure that each pruning machine meets technical parameters and safety specifications.
  3. User training:Provide detailed instruction manuals, and illustrate the correct operating methods and maintenance points through cases.
  4. After-sales service:Establish a rapid response mechanism to handle user feedback and complaints in a timely manner to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the product.
