Chemical reagents: Perchloric acid (English Version)
GB/T 623-2024 "Chemical Reagent Perchloric Acid" is a national standard of the People's Republic of China, which is used to regulate the properties, technical requirements, test methods and packaging marks of perchloric acid. This standard replaces the previous GB/T 623-2011 version and has made important updates to the determination methods of manganese, iron, copper, silver and lead as well as packaging marks.
Item | Superior grade | Analytical grade |
---|---|---|
Perchloric acid (HClO4), w/% | 70.0~72.0 | 70.0~72.0 |
Chroma, Hessian units | ≤10 | ≤15 |
Ethanol insoluble matter, w/% | ≤0.001 | ≤0.002 |
Determination of perchloric acid content:Weigh 5 g of sample, pour into a stoppered weighing bottle, add water to dissolve, and titrate with sodium hydroxide standard titration solution. Calculate the mass fraction by the formula: w = (VcMm × 100%).
Colorimetric determination:According to GB/T 605, take 50 mL of sample for colorimetric comparison.
Ignition residue determination:Weigh 40 g of sample, ignite at high temperature in a quartz dish to constant weight, and calculate the result according to GB/T 9741-2008.
