Scope
This part of GB/T2423 gives the test methods and guidelines for the temperature/low pressure or temperature/humidity/low pressure comprehensive test of equipment or components. The purpose of the comprehensive test is to study the degree of influence of the temperature/low pressure or temperature/humidity/low pressure comprehensive test on the equipment or components. Comprehensive test methods are used to evaluate electrical, mechanical or other physical properties.
Introduction

Interpretation of the core content of the standard

This standard integrates the three versions of GB/T 2423.25-2008, GB/T 2423.26-2008 and GB/T 2423.27-2005, and realizes the systematic integration of temperature, humidity and low pressure tests for the first time. The test equipment is recommended to use a composite environmental test chamber, which must have the ability to accurately control temperature (-55℃~155℃), humidity (10%RH~95%RH) and air pressure (5kPa~70kPa).

Key technical requirements

Change rate control:Temperature change ≤1K/min, air pressure change ≤15kPa/min. A case of aerospace components shows that exceeding this rate will increase the seal rupture rate by 37%.

Temperature stability determination:According to IEC60068-1, the temperature deviation of the hottest/coldest point of the sample from the set value is ≤2℃ and the change rate is <0.5℃/min.


Implementation recommendations

  1. Give priority to the 24 severity level combinations recommended in Table 1
  2. Note that when testing humidity: when the temperature is below 0°C, low pressure conditions should be maintained until frost forms
  3. For heat dissipation samples, it is recommended to add surface temperature monitoring points

Standard evolution analysis

Main improvements compared to the 2005 version: ① Delete the distinction between heat dissipation/non-heat dissipation samples; ② Add a test guide appendix; ③ Unify the report formats of the three test methods. These changes keep the standard in sync with IEC60068-2-39:2015 and are more suitable for emerging fields such as new energy vehicles, aerospace, etc.
