Environmental testing—Part 2: Test methods—Test method and guidance: Combined temperature or temperature and humidity with low air pressure tests (English Version)
This standard integrates the three versions of GB/T 2423.25-2008, GB/T 2423.26-2008 and GB/T 2423.27-2005, and realizes the systematic integration of temperature, humidity and low pressure tests for the first time. The test equipment is recommended to use a composite environmental test chamber, which must have the ability to accurately control temperature (-55℃~155℃), humidity (10%RH~95%RH) and air pressure (5kPa~70kPa).

Change rate control:Temperature change ≤1K/min, air pressure change ≤15kPa/min. A case of aerospace components shows that exceeding this rate will increase the seal rupture rate by 37%.
Temperature stability determination:According to IEC60068-1, the temperature deviation of the hottest/coldest point of the sample from the set value is ≤2℃ and the change rate is <0.5℃/min.
Main improvements compared to the 2005 version: ① Delete the distinction between heat dissipation/non-heat dissipation samples; ② Add a test guide appendix; ③ Unify the report formats of the three test methods. These changes keep the standard in sync with IEC60068-2-39:2015 and are more suitable for emerging fields such as new energy vehicles, aerospace, etc.
