Scope
This part of GB/T36625 specifies the coding structure and coding rules of smart city data identifiers. This part is applicable to the coding of data identifiers from different sources in the process of smart city data fusion.
Introduction

Data fusion coding standards in smart city construction

1. Background and significance of the standard

Smart city data fusion is the core technology for realizing intelligent urban management. The GB/T 36625.2-2018 standard aims to standardize the coding structure and coding rules of data identifiers to ensure the uniqueness and accuracy of data during the fusion process.

Application scenario case

  • Traffic management system: realize the fusion of traffic flow data from different sources through data identifier coding.
  • Public safety system: integrate data from multiple departments such as public security and fire protection to improve emergency response efficiency.
  • Environmental protection monitoring: unify the data format of different sensors and monitoring equipment to support environmental assessment and prediction.

2. Identifier encoding structure and rules

Encoding part Definition and function Example description
Prefix code Used to uniquely identify the data provider, using the smart city data node + subject type code + subject code structure. Example 1: National Unified Social Credit Code Data Service Center for Organizations (1.2.156.3008.1.0.12100000400009880K)
Example 2: China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute (1.2.156.3008.1.0.12100000400002195R)
Data Source System Code A unique code that identifies the data source system, with a total length of no more than 14 digits. a) Software Copyright Registration Number: Four-digit year code + SR + current year serial number
b) Custom number: Four-digit year code + UN + serial number
Data Status Code Indicates whether the data has been fused. N indicates original data, and Y indicates fused data. - Example: Source data that has not been fused is marked as N
- Example: Data that has been fused from multiple sources is marked as Y
Data Extension Code Assigned by the data fusion unit based on demand, and must be unique, concise and sustainable. - Example: Urban traffic flow monitoring system can add timestamp or area identification code
- Example: Environmental monitoring system can add pollutant type code

3. Standard implementation and technical recommendations

Implementation recommendations

  1. System compatibility verification: Ensure that the new coding specification is seamlessly connected with the existing data management system.
  2. Data quality control: Establish a data verification mechanism to prevent invalid or duplicate data from entering the fusion process.
  3. Training and technical support: Provide special training on standard interpretation and coding application for relevant personnel.
  4. Dynamic expansion capability: Design a flexible coding structure to support the new needs of future smart city development.
