Scope
This standard specifies the reference standards and basic requirements for satellite navigation and positioning base station network real-time dynamic measurement (RITK) technology to implement control measurements and topographic measurements, as well as technical requirements and methods for field observation, data processing and detection. This standard is applicable to real-time dynamic measurements of satellite navigation and positioning base station networks of corresponding levels. Real-time dynamic measurements using a single base station and multiple base stations can be performed with reference to this standard.
Introduction

Interpretation of the core content of the standard

GB/T 39616-2020 is my country's first national standard specifically for the base station network RTK technology, which specifies the technical requirements for the entire process from control measurement to topographic measurement. For the first time, the standard clearly divides the network RTK plane measurement accuracy into five levels: primary, secondary, tertiary, and basic and detailed.

Technical Framework Comparison

Technical Elements Traditional RTK Network RTK Accuracy Improvement
Base Station Configuration Single Base Station Multi-Base Station Networking +40%
Service Radius ≤10km ≥30km 3x Expansion
Coordinate Conversion On-site Point Correction Regional Model Conversion Residual≤2cm

Key indicator requirements

Satellite status requirements

  • Cut-off elevation angle: ≥15°
  • Number of effective satellites: ≥5 (same system)
  • PDOP value: ≤6

Measurement accuracy standard

  • First-level control point: point position error ≤5cm
  • Map point measurement: plane residual ≤0.1mm (on the map)
  • Elevation fitting: residual ≤1/12 contour interval

Implementation suggestions

Base station construction

It is recommended to give priority to the support of For receiving equipment of class=instrument>BDS/GPS dual system, the distance between base stations should be controlled within the range of 50-70km to ensure uniform network coverage.

Quality control measures

  1. Check known points before starting work every day (plane error ≤7cm)
  2. Use a tripod to fix the mobile station and measure the antenna height to 0.001m
  3. Reinitialize after measuring 50 points continuously

Typical application case

This standard was used to implement 1:500 topographic survey in a certain survey area in Zhejiang Province. 12 CORS base stations were deployed and the mobile station used the Trimble R10 receiver. The measured results showed that:

  • Meanwhile, the plane point position error: 2.8cm (better than the standard requirement of 5cm)
  • Elevation fitting residual: 1.2cm (reaching the second-class leveling accuracy)
  • Work efficiency increased by 60%
