TSG 23-2021 (English Version)

Scope: This regulation does not apply to fire-fighting gas cylinders that only withstand instantaneous pressure when extinguishing a fire, portable dry powder fire-fighting gas cylinders, water-based fire-fighting gas cylinders, brazed structure gas cylinders, and gas cylinders used in military equipment, nuclear facilities, aerospace vehicles, railway locomotives, offshore facilities and ships, underground mines, and special equipment at civil airports.
