Anti-counterfeiting technical requirements of the paper carrier smart ticket card (English Version)
GB/T 36307—2018 "Technical Requirements for Anti-Counterfeiting of Paper-Based Smart Tickets" is intended to standardize the anti-counterfeiting technical requirements of paper-based smart tickets to ensure the security and reliability of tickets. This standard applies to the design, production, application and management of paper-based smart tickets.
Standard dimensions | Grade A requirements | Grade B requirements | Grade C requirements |
---|---|---|---|
Anti-counterfeiting strength | Meet the requirements of Grade A in GB/T19425-2003 | Meet the requirements of Grade B in GB/T19425-2003 | Meet the requirements of Grade C in GB/T19425-2003 |
Number of anti-counterfeiting technologies | 3 or more | 2 types | 1 type |
Information security | System requirements: GB/T22239-2008 Level 3 and above | System requirements: GB/T22239-2008 Level 2 | System requirements: GB/T22239-2008 Level 1 |
The overall anti-counterfeiting technical requirements for tickets and cards should comply with the provisions of Table 1, focusing on the anti-counterfeiting characteristics of the substrate, intelligent information recognition and physical performance.
For example, in financial bills, Class A anti-counterfeiting technology requires the use of 3 or more anti-counterfeiting printing technologies (such as holographic film, ultraviolet fluorescent ink and thermochromic ink) to ensure the high security of tickets and cards.
From GB/T19425-2003 to GB/T36307-2018, anti-counterfeiting technology has gradually developed towards intelligence and diversification. New requirements for intelligent information recognition and electromagnetic environment adaptability have been added, reflecting the progress of technology and the changes in application needs.
Electrical performance indicators include failure rate, reading sensitivity and stability. For specific requirements, please refer to Table 3.
Factory inspection is a full inspection; annual inspection is sampled according to GB/T2829-2002; type inspection is carried out when the process is finalized or major changes are made.
When all items meet the requirements, the inspection conclusion is qualified. If there are unqualified items, re-samples need to be taken for re-inspection.
Operators need to receive professional training and be familiar with various test methods and judgment rules.
GB/T 36307-2018 "Technical Conditions for Anti-Counterfeiting of Paper-based Smart Cards" provides comprehensive technical specifications for the security and reliability of tickets and cards. By reasonably selecting the anti-counterfeiting level and strictly implementing the test methods and inspection rules, the anti-counterfeiting performance of tickets and cards can be effectively improved.
