Introduction

1. Standard background and technological evolution

GB/T 28612-2023 "Green Manufacturing Terminology" standard is revised on the basis of the original machinery industry standard, expanding the scope of application to the entire manufacturing industry and adding a number of new term definitions. The standard aims to promote the application of green development concepts throughout the product life cycle, covering all aspects such as design, production, circulation, and recycling.

3. Analysis of core terms

Case analysis: Green manufacturing attributes and product life cycle

Green manufacturing attributes refer to the characteristics of organizations, processes, products and materials in terms of resources, energy, ecological environment and health and safety. This concept runs through the entire life cycle of the product, from raw material acquisition to final disposal.

Take the product life cycle as an example, which is defined as the entire process from raw material acquisition to product scrapping, including design, production, circulation, recycling and other stages. By optimizing the green attributes of each stage, resource efficiency can be maximized and environmental impact can be minimized.

4. Implementation Suggestions

  1. Establish a green manufacturing strategy:Enterprises should incorporate green manufacturing concepts into top-level strategies and clarify goals and implementation paths.
  2. Adopt advanced technologies:Use cleaner production technologies to optimize production processes and reduce resource consumption and pollution emissions.
  3. Promote a green supply chain:Work with suppliers to ensure the green attributes of raw materials, and use reverse logistics to achieve efficient recycling and reuse of waste.
  4. Strengthen information management:Based on the green information management platform, achieve real-time monitoring and analysis of green manufacturing data.
