Specification for stealth glass for ships (English Version)
GJB 9470-2018 was issued by the Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission, which specifies the technical requirements for stealth non-electrically heated glass and electrically heated glass for ships. This standard integrates multidisciplinary technologies such as materials science, electromagnetics, and environmental engineering, marking an important progress in the systematic construction of stealth materials for ships in my country.
Performance category | Non-electrically heated glass | Electrically heated glass | Test standard |
---|---|---|---|
Transmittance | ≥70% | ≥68% | GJB 1088-1991 |
Radar wave reflectivity | 2-18GHz average ≤60% | GJB 2038A-2011 | |
Surface resistivity | ≤109Ω/□ | Four-probe method |
The standard stipulates that the product should be composed of two or more layers of reinforced glass sandwiched between an interlayer, an electric heating film and a stealth film, among which:
Test items | Test conditions | Qualification standard |
---|---|---|
Salt spray test | 72±2℃/10d | Transmittance reduction ≤2% |
Vibration test | Roll±45°(cycle 4-25s) | No change in appearance |
Mold test | 4 kinds of fungi including Aspergillus niger | Mold growth level ≤Level 2 |
It is recommended to establish a three-stage inspection system: raw material entry inspection (PVB film moisture content, etc.), process inspection (thickness deviation monitoring), and full factory inspection (including Group B environmental testing).
