Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, detection and expression of characteristic component factors, step-by-step identification method, and re-evaluation of classification results for the chemical classification of tea. Scope of application Applicable to the classification of green tea, black tea, oolong tea (green tea), white tea, yellow tea, and dark tea. It does not apply to reprocessed tea products using these basic teas as raw materials.
