Scope: This document provides the product classification of tea filter paper, specifies technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document is applicable to the design, production, development and testing of filter paper for automatic packaging of heat-sealed and non-heat-sealed tea bags.

Introduction

1. Standard background and update overview

GB/T 25436-2023 "Tea filter paper" national standard was released in 2023, replacing the previous GB/T25436-2010 and GB/T28121-2011. The new standard has made a number of improvements in technical requirements, test methods and quality control to meet the development needs of the tea packaging industry.
