Scope: This document describes the test and evaluation method of mattress hardness distribution. This document is applicable to the test and evaluation of hardness distribution of various mattress products. This document is not applicable to special mattress products such as infant mattresses, children's mattresses, water-filled mattresses, and air-filled mattresses.

Introduction

1. Background and significance of the standard

This standard is managed by the National Furniture Standardization Technical Committee and aims to provide a scientific test and evaluation method for the distribution of mattress hardness levels. As people pay more and more attention to sleep health, mattresses, as important bedding products, have a direct impact on user experience and health due to their hardness performance.

2. Comparative analysis of standard frameworks

3. Implementation suggestions and precautions

Staff training: Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with the test process and standard requirements.
Data recording: Strictly record the pretreatment conditions, loading curve parameters and hardness grade results in accordance with standard requirements.
