  1. Sample preparation: Heat the mixed oil sample ($200\mathrm{mL}\sim300\mathrm{mL}$) to $130~^{\circ}\mathrm{C}$, and filter it with filter paper while it is hot to remove trace moisture and possible crystal nuclei.
  2. Sample loading and sealing: Fill the oil sample bottle with the filtered oil sample, seal it with a cork, and place it in a water bath at $25~^{\circ}\mathrm{C}$ to cool to room temperature.
  3. Freezing treatment: Immerse the cooled oil sample bottle in an ice water bath at $0~^\circ\mathrm{C}$ for $5.5\mathrm{h}$, and add crushed ice in time to maintain a constant low temperature.
  4. Result observation: After taking out the sample, observe whether there is fat crystallization or floccules under a backlit black background, and record the test results.
