National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 35877-2018 "Freezing Test for Animal and Vegetable Oils and Fats for Grain and Oil Inspection" is a test method standard for the changes in the physical properties of animal and vegetable oils and fats under low temperature conditions. This standard mainly specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments and utensils, sample preparation, operating procedures and result expression of freezing tests for animal and vegetable oils and fats, and is applicable to the quality inspection of various animal and vegetable oils and fats.
