The standard innovatively proposes a dynamic metadata model, which achieves the following through the linkage mechanism of two types of metadata: expected events and past events:
- Automatically trigger the disposal process (such as automatic identification upon expiration)

- Support blockchain evidence storage scenarios
Implementation suggestions
Phase-based construction path:
- Primary stage: Focus on identification and description metadata, and establish a minimum metadata set
- Intermediate stage: Deploy event metadata to realize automated business processes
- Advanced stage: Build a relationship network to support intelligent retrieval and knowledge graph
Risk control: Pay special attention to the metadata encapsulation strategy in long-term storage scenarios. It is recommended to use XML+checksum dual protection.
