Application specification for barcode in cold chain logistics of agricultural products (English Version)
With the rapid development of my country's agricultural product cold chain logistics industry, the demand for logistics efficiency and product quality traceability is increasing. GB/T 36080—2018 standard came into being, aiming to improve the information tracking capability and management efficiency in the cold chain logistics process through barcode technology.

The trade item code is expressed in GTIN, supporting four structures: GTIN-14, GTIN-13, GTIN-12 and GTIN-8. Table 1 shows the data structure of GTIN-14:

Labels must meet standard requirements, and material selection must consider durability in cold chain environments.
