Chinese shrimp (English Version)
Since its first release in 2005, the GB/T 19782 series of standards has provided an important technical basis for the identification and detection of Chinese shrimp germplasm. With the development of aquaculture and technological progress, some contents of the original standards are no longer in line with new market demands and technical requirements. This revision aims to optimize the standard framework, introduce advanced molecular genetic detection methods, and improve detection efficiency and accuracy.
Chapter content | Main technical changes in the 2005 version | Additions/optimizations in the 2023 version |
---|---|---|
Classification status | - | Increase the indexing sequence of external morphological images |
Measurable traits | Delete isozyme analysis | Add mitochondrial 16S rRNA sequence analysis method |
Detection method | Continue to use the sampling method | Optimize the detection process of cytogenetic characteristics |
Detection process:The standard specifies the specific steps for sampling, morphological examination, cytogenetic characteristics and molecular genetic characteristics. The newly added mitochondrial 16S rRNA sequence analysis method uses PCR amplification and sequencing technology to significantly improve the detection efficiency.
Mitochondrial gene reference sequence:The length is 520bp, and the base sequence is shown in Appendix C. The intraspecific K2P genetic distance is less than 1.5%, which provides an accurate basis for germplasm identification.
The implementation of GB/T 19782-2023 will help improve the germplasm level of Chinese shrimp and promote the high-quality development of aquaculture. It is recommended that relevant departments strengthen the publicity and implementation of the standard and promote the widespread application of the standard in actual production.
